As many will know, Elipson has its roots in France and has long been one of the largest speaker brands in the country. Countless studios and concert halls were furnished with speakers from this famous brand, including for example the ORTF, Opera du Rhin and Opera du Paris. Elipson dates back to 1938 and is the inventor of the sphere (in Dutch "sphere") loudspeaker and elliptical reflector. Herein lies the origin of the name.
In the 70s and 80s, the 40 cm diameter 402 was a must for the audio enthusiast. This 402 will be used again in its form in the 4260 speaker.
Despite the fact that the Elipson loudspeaker line is much slimmer, the passion is no less.
